About us

Our mission is to provide as much love and attention to your beloved pets as you would so they don't miss you quite so much when you are away.

Paw to Heart Ithaca is the result of Sara Rodbourne deciding to put her love of people and animals to work. Sara has over 20 years experience as a pet and house sitter and a lifetime of experience as a pet owner and lover. She is experienced with everything from hamsters to horses. She had owned dogs, cats, small mammals and birds. She participated in Pony Club and loves horses. She has also worked in pet stores where she gained valuable insight into reptiles, arachnids and fish. Sara formerly worked in the insurance industry and knows how important it is to have someone trustworthy coming into your home. Fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates LLC.

Our services include: Daily dog walking. Vacation care for dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, horses and small mammals. (Care for other pets on a case by case basis.)
